How the SeeEasy mobile application collects, uses, and protects your personal information

This agreement is a legal agreement between the user and SeeEasy (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") regarding your downloading, installing, using, and copying the SeeEasy software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software") that accompanies this agreement. SeeEasy attaches great importance to user privacy. The following is our policy on the collection, use, and protection of your information. Please read it carefully. For the content displayed in bold in this text, SeeEasy urges you to read with particular care. As the scope of our services expands and is adjusted, the Company may update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Once an updated Privacy Policy is published on the website, it will effectively replace the prior Privacy Policy.
1.1 When you register with SeeEasy, SeeEasy will ask you to provide personal data; for the personal data you must create to use SeeEasy's services, the Company may send notifications to your email address or other identifiable information.
1.2 When you use the SeeEasy service or visit a SeeEasy webpage, SeeEasy will automatically receive and record information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of access, hardware and software feature information, the web page records you request, and SeeEasy cookie information.
1.3 If you have installed the SeeEasy mobile client software, SeeEasy will read and collect your mobile device attributes and storage information, including but not limited to the brand and model of the device you use, device identification code, telecom operator, country or region, your mobile phone number, your address book, and your location.
1.4 The Company may send notifications to you or others when you perform certain actions while using the SeeEasy service (such as adding friends to your group).
1.5 For third-party application services you use on SeeEasy, SeeEasy will collect relevant information when you launch the application and process it in accordance with this Privacy Policy; third-party application service providers will obtain your personal information stored in SeeEasy, and their collection of such information is governed by their own privacy policies.
1.6 SeeEasy will collect information about you when other users perform operations related to you, and will also obtain your personal data from partner third parties or through other legal channels when necessary.
1.7 SeeEasy collects and uses the above information to better operate the website and provide services, and to notify you of new features and services from SeeEasy and the various products of SeeEasy's affiliated companies.
1.8 SeeEasy integrates the Umeng+ SDK. The Umeng+ SDK needs to collect your device's MAC address, unique device identifiers (IMEI / Android ID / IDFA / OPENUDID / GUID, SIM card IMSI information), and hardware serial number to provide statistical analysis services. This information collection is not affected by the application's running state, and report data accuracy is calibrated through geographic location to provide basic anti-cheating capabilities. 1.9 SeeEasy integrates the Alibaba Cloud Life IoT SDK, which includes the Alibaba Baichuan SDK. The Alibaba Baichuan SDK needs to collect your device's MAC address, unique device identifiers (IMEI / Android ID / IDFA / OPENUDID / GUID, SIM card IMSI information), and hardware serial number to provide account-site related services, and calibrates report data accuracy through geographic location to provide basic anti-cheating capabilities.
1.10 SeeEasy will invoke third-party applications (including but not limited to QQ, etc.) to enable temporary sessions with customer service. This function requires obtaining the list of installed software on your mobile phone.
1.11 SeeEasy will request access to your camera and photo album for account avatar image collection.
1.12 SeeEasy will request access to your microphone for custom alarm-linkage voice capture.
1.13 The SeeEasy service helps you understand how your end users use your products (including services and clients such as mobile applications, mobile websites, application platforms, PC websites, sites, and other service-capable terminals, hereinafter the same), and helps you analyze your product's performance across different terminal devices. When you use SeeEasy, the app collects and transmits data to our servers. The Company collects unique device identifiers (IMEI / MAC / Android ID / IDFA / OPENUDID / GUID, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services, and calibrates report data accuracy through geographic location to provide basic anti-fraud capabilities. In addition to the personal information above, the statistical analysis service collects the following information depending on the statistical dimension: SDK / API / JS code version, browser, internet service provider, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, unique device identifier, device model, sensor parameters, terminal manufacturer, terminal device operating system version, session start/stop times, language and locale, time zone and network status (WiFi, etc.), hard disk, CPU, and battery usage.
1.14 The Company collects this information to provide you with better services. To that end, the Company will use your information for the following purposes: (1) To provide you with various services and to maintain and improve these services. (2) The Company may use your personal information to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, infringement, endangerment, illegal activity, or other violations of agreements, policies, or rules with us or SeeEasy affiliates, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you, other users, the Company, or SeeEasy affiliates. (3) To contact you to resolve issues. (4) Other uses authorized by you.
1.15 The message push service is an accurate message push platform based on global data, providing you with more flexible, smarter, and more effective push solutions to effectively improve user retention and app activity. The Company collects device identifiers (IMEI / MAC / Android ID / IDFA / OPENUDID / GUID, SIM card IMSI information) to uniquely identify devices and push messages to target devices. Geographic location is collected to identify push channels and improve regional coverage of message push.
1.16 Account deletion: Users may delete the current account via the "My → User Details → Delete Account" button. Deleting an account is irreversible. Please be aware and understand that once you delete your account, all account-related information will be deleted, effective immediately.
1.17 Error reporting: To better maintain and optimize the product, it is necessary to report error data from crashes or abnormal events (such as failed network requests) that occur during your use. During this process, we collect your device's MAC address, unique device identifiers (IMEI / Android ID / IDFA / OPENUDID / GUID, SIM card IMSI information), hardware serial number, and information on installed applications, in order to provide app error reporting. Geographic location is used to calibrate report data accuracy and provide basic anti-fraud capabilities.
1.18 Auto-start or associated start: To improve the push experience, the app will listen for startup broadcasts and start a background process to receive messages. The app also closely monitors the rationality of wake-up frequency from auto-start and associated start, and strictly follows the principle of the minimum frequency necessary to deliver the product or service's business functions.
1.19 Device information: We will receive and record information about your mobile device (including your device model, operating system version, device settings, device environment, etc.), MAC address, IMEI, IDFA, and other device identifiers, as well as other software and hardware feature information; information about the device's location (including your authorized GPS location and sensor information such as WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base stations); and information about the smart devices you use or share (for example, after network configuration is completed by us, information including device model, operating system version, device settings, device environment, the types of operations available (such as on, off, etc.), MAC address, IMEI, IDFA, and other device identifiers as well as other software and hardware feature information).
1.20 SD card usage: When you use our services or services provided by the client, we collect details about your use of our services with your permission and store them as relevant network logs. Examples include your device information, app version, and error logs at the time of failure.
1.21 User avatar usage: When a user modifies their account avatar, the app needs to access the phone's photo album and camera, and uploads the image information to the storage server. This information is used to display the user's personal information and information about the device being shared.
SeeEasy will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal data to any third party without your consent, except in the following cases:
2.1 To comply with the requirements of laws and regulations, including providing relevant information to competent state agencies or their authorized entities upon inquiry.
2.2 To avoid imminent danger to your life, body, or property, or to prevent serious harm to the rights and interests of others.
2.3 To protect the rights and property of SeeEasy and its affiliates, or its users.
2.4 When you are the subject of a complaint regarding infringement of intellectual property or other legal rights, in order to handle the complaint we may need to disclose your necessary information to the complainant.
2.5 When the products and services you request can only be provided by disclosing your information.
2.6 When SeeEasy partners and SeeEasy affiliates need such information to provide services to you, individually or jointly; after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all such data.
3.1 Your account registered with SeeEasy is password-protected to ensure the security of your personal data. Please keep your account and password information secure.
3.2 SeeEasy employs appropriate technical and security measures to ensure that the information in our possession is not lost, misused, or altered. While the Company has these measures in place, please be aware that "perfect security" does not exist on the internet.
Cookies are small amounts of data. If you do not refuse to accept cookies, they will be sent to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. The Company uses cookies to store data related to your visits to SeeEasy. When you visit SeeEasy again, the Company can recognize you and provide better and more tailored services by analyzing this data. You have the right to accept or reject cookies. You can refuse cookies by modifying your browser settings; however, please note that if you refuse cookies, you may be unable to use some SeeEasy features that rely on cookies.
SeeEasy contains links to other websites. SeeEasy is not responsible for the privacy practices of those other websites. The Company may add business partners or co-branded websites as needed, but we will only provide them with aggregate information and will not disclose your identity.
